Domain & extra work

RM99/domain/year for management only; registration and renewal are extra. One primary domain is included in any Care plan. Standalone management includes renewal reminders and up to two simple DNS changes per year.

Initial estimate = one-time work + first month + annual domain management. Later months use the monthly care amount.

Clear scope before we take over

Care covers the website and CMS. Cloud Management covers servers and cloud resources. Where both are required, Clover reconciles overlapping monitoring, backups and DNS work in the final quote. Existing faults, malware recovery, new pages, redesign and new features are separate projects. Support hours, response times and start date are agreed in writing; no unlimited support or 24/7 response commitment.

Provider hosting, domain registration/renewal, email, paid plugins and platform subscriptions are separate. Final scope and payment arrangements are confirmed before work starts.

Domain and provider accounts stay registered in your name; Clover receives authorised access. No passwords are requested here.

Website care questions

Can Clover take over a website built by another provider?

Yes, after checking its platform, access, backups and existing issues. Assessment is RM299; standard takeover starts at RM499. Custom systems and unsupported or faulty environments need a separate scope before care starts.

Will the RM299 assessment be charged again when I proceed?

A previously paid Clover website assessment can be credited toward the RM499-or-higher standard takeover fee. The quote preview shows RM299 credit only when you declare the earlier payment; Clover verifies it before confirming the quote.

How much is monthly maintenance?

Care Essential is RM199/month with up to 1 total manual hour; Care Business is RM399/month with up to 2; Care Commerce starts at RM999/month with up to 4. Each covers one website. Hours include technical maintenance, troubleshooting and edits combined; unused hours do not roll over.

Are hosting, domain renewal and paid plugins included?

No. Hosting, domain registration/renewal, email, paid plugins and platform subscriptions are separate provider costs. Domain management alone costs RM99/domain/year; one primary domain’s management is already included in any Care plan.

Does taking over my site include migration or repairs?

No. Standard same-platform migration starts at RM699; e-commerce or complex migration starts at RM1,499. Historical faults, malware recovery, new pages, redesign and new features are quoted separately after review.

What happens if I exceed the included hours?

Additional agreed work starts at RM150/hour, quoted and approved before work starts. Included hours are shared by all manual maintenance, troubleshooting and content changes. Support hours and response times are agreed in writing; no unlimited support or 24/7 response is promised.

How does Website Care differ from Cloud Management?

Website Care maintains the website and CMS. Cloud Management manages servers and cloud resources. When both are needed, Clover reconciles overlapping monitoring, backup and DNS tasks in the final quote rather than charging twice for the same work.

Who owns my domain and hosting account?

You retain ownership. Domain and provider accounts stay registered in your name, with authorised access granted to Clover. No passwords are collected through this quotation page.
