Each project has a written scope: deliverables, included revisions, exclusions, fees, payment arrangements and schedule. New requests after approval are assessed and quoted separately.
If paid discovery or technical assessment is needed, its scope and fee are quoted and agreed before that work begins. Submitting an enquiry does not start paid work.
Provider subscriptions, printing, licences and ongoing maintenance are included only when explicitly listed in the final quote. Account ownership and handover are agreed in writing.

What is a custom solution?
A project with requirements that do not fit the published package scope. Clover reviews your requested website, design or other project work for feasibility before confirming what can be delivered.
How much does a custom project cost?
There is no fixed price. Clover quotes after reviewing requirements, complexity, deliverables, revisions and timing. Any paid discovery or technical assessment is quoted and agreed before it starts.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your goal, key features or deliverables, relevant references and preferred timing. A budget with its currency is useful but optional. Do not send passwords or private account access through this form.
How long does a project take and how many revisions are included?
The schedule and included revisions are agreed in the written quote after the scope and required materials are reviewed. This page does not promise a fixed delivery time or unlimited revisions.
Can the scope change after I confirm the quote?
New requirements are assessed and quoted separately before additional work begins. The original written scope defines the included work.
Does sending a request place an order?
No. The form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review. You open WhatsApp and choose whether to send it. Work and payment arrangements begin only after confirmation with Clover.
