Prices cover units up to 1,200 sq ft and up to three bedrooms. Larger units and landed homes are quoted separately. The interactive model is a design concept; verify dimensions, colours and materials before construction or purchasing.

Scope, payment & delivery
- Confirm the quote and pay 50% to begin. The deposit is non-refundable after work starts. Pay the remaining 50% within 7 days of final approval; the formal link is delivered after full payment.
- Schedules start after receipt of the deposit and complete materials. Floor plans and lists can be printed or saved as PDF. Offline webpage buyout is quoted separately.
- One revision round is one consolidated batch of feedback. Included changes cover colour/material, a furniture or lighting item, and furniture placement. Layout changes, a new style or extra rooms/areas are separate add-ons. Each round takes up to 3 working days after feedback is received.
- No revision request within 30 days of delivery is treated as final approval. Changes after final approval are charged as additional revisions.
- Construction drawings (electrical/plumbing, ceiling, cabinet elevations), approval drawings and site supervision are excluded. Construction drawings are separately quoted; renders and panoramas are paid add-ons.
- Dimensions are estimated from customer drawings and must be remeasured on site before construction or custom furniture. Furniture and colours follow actual procurement; screen colours may vary.
- The provider retains model and software copyright. Customers may use and share the concept with family and renovation contractors. Portfolio use is subject to any customer confidentiality request. Formal quotes are valid for 30 days; SST, if applicable, is confirmed in the quote.
