Frequently asked questions

How are revisions classified?

Minor revisions include text, spelling, colour, font size and spacing adjustments. Moderate revisions include replacing images or illustrations and larger local layout or colour changes. A new overall style, concept or substantial layout rebuild is a redesign and quoted as a new project. Included revision counts depend on the selected tier; extra revisions cost more.

Is the reference quote the final price?

Starting-price and price-range items use the lowest unit price in the reference total. Final fees depend on complexity, quantity, duration and agreed production scope. Custom-quote items require a separate calculation.

Does print design include production costs?

Print design and production are charged separately. Website design and development are also priced separately; Shopify setup includes design. Payment and delivery arrangements require confirmation.
