Cloud management questions
How is the monthly cloud management fee calculated?
The management fee is 15% of that month’s agreed managed cloud resource cost excluding tax, with a minimum of RM299/month. For RM1,000 of managed cloud cost, the fee is RM299; for RM3,000, RM450; for RM10,000, RM1,500. Provider charges are separate.
Does the management fee include my cloud provider bill?
No. You pay the cloud provider directly. Clover charges a separate management fee for the agreed resources and maintenance scope.
What does cloud management include?
Operational checks, backup status and configuration checks, routine maintenance within the agreed scope, basic incident troubleshooting, cost review and a monthly report. Managed resources, included hours, support window and response times are agreed in writing.
Are migration, account takeover and development included?
Initial account review and takeover, migrations, new deployments, application development, major changes and work beyond agreed maintenance hours are quoted separately.
Is this unlimited support or 24/7 monitoring?
No. Support hours, response times and included maintenance hours must be agreed in the written quote. There is no unlimited-support or 24/7-response commitment.
When does management start, and can my monthly fee change?
The start date follows the account review and confirmation of access and scope. The fee is recalculated from each month’s managed cloud cost, subject to the RM299 monthly minimum. Billing arrangements and any initial takeover fee are confirmed before work starts.
